From 2024, GENERAL GEOLOGY LIMITED (London, UK) is the legal successor of NADRA GROUP (Ukraine). The company rebranding was carried out due to a shift in its core business direction – transitioning to management of ONEGEO.COM, a global digital platform project. This platform is designed to draw the international community's attention to the global environmental and social challenges facing the 21st century, rallying humanity's efforts to address them and create a prosperous future for the planet and people.

The platform's creation became possible thanks to experience and expertise accumulated by NADRA GROUP companies over more than 30 years. The establishment of NADRA GROUP companies occurred during the collapse of the geological sector amid Ukraine’s transition from a planned to a market economy. State-owned enterprises underwent rapid degradation, prompting their professionals to transition to employment in private NADRA GROUP companies, where they developed their initial experience and high-level competencies. At the initial stage, industrial companies were established, offering integrated services for the exploring and production of energy, mineral, and water resources, as well as for environmental protection and conservation throughout these production processes. The industrial enterprises of Ukraine’s geological exploration sector acquired by NADRA GROUP during their privatization manufactured the tools and equipment necessary for providing services. The experience gained from executing integrated projects, carried out not only by NADRA GROUP's subsidiaries but also independent contractors, has enabled NADRA GROUP to elevate its business to a new level – management of partner network projects for the efficient and balanced use of the entire spectrum of natural resources. Since then, NADRA GROUP has operated as a Ukrainian geological exploration hub, expanding into the international market and completing more than a thousand production projects in 20 countries worldwide. A significant number of projects focused on environmental protection, ecosystem conservation, and biodiversity preservation.

The creation and management of the global digital platform project ONEGEO.COM signifies a natural progression in the ongoing development of the NADRA GROUP partner network business. The Platform brings together institutional partners from different sectors, industries, and scientific disciplines, integrates a wide range of knowledge and practice, and initiates a new stage of the Enlightenment era for the general public – visitors to the Platform. ONEGEO.COM platform is developed by geologists who are adherents of New Geology, a concept reflected notably in the objectives, tasks, and activities of institutions such as the United States Geological Survey, EuroGeoSurveys (EGS), and the European Federation of Geologists. New Geology aims to expand the scope of global cooperation and play a central role in tackling resource-related and planetary challenges, as well as creating a prosperous future for the planet and humanity.

Through the establishment of partnerships, New Geology combines knowledge across the entire spectrum of Earth sciences and related scientific fields, ensuring a profound and comprehensive understanding of global processes, while initiating and implementing cross-sector, cross-industry, and cross-disciplinary partnership projects, and developing innovative solutions at the intersection of multiple sciences.
